Selecting “Dashboard” allows members to view their current membership type and change their payment method or shipping address. The Return Policy of Nextbigideaclub.com states that they do not allow returns or substitutions of anything in the box unless something is damaged. If anything in the box is damaged, one can contact support@nextbigideaclub.com, and they will either send a replacement item or issue a refund for the damaged item.
